The fans in this place appreciated this laid back performance and if I was there, I would also. If I had a choice, I'd much rather see Kenny at a small venue such as a club, then at the flashy stadium shows. I'd rather watch those on TV.
Kenny is famous for starting off the huge tour season with a series of Keg in the closet tours. These events are usually announced at the last minute at various college bars in small town USA and is done in part to get Kenny and the band prepared for a long tour season. Drinks flow I'm sure, the mood is relaxed as they are not there to worry about gettin it just right, instead, work out the kinks.
