Kenny Chesney Engaged

Is Kenny Chesney engaged? Well if he is, it hasn't been reported in the media as far as I know. And if he is, you'd be wondering if it's too a celebrity type or the down home good ole country girl.

As I write this here in mid Aug of 07, I want to tell you a little story that happened to me regarding this whole question about a Kenny Chesney engagement.

About a month ago I received an email from a lady, I won't mention her name here for obvious reasons, who told me that a lady she works with said that Kenny and her did get engaged. Now this lady who sent me the email claimed that this co-worker of her's broke the news to a small group of co-workers at a golf club gathering.

I actually Googled the lady's name and subscribed to some Google alerts to see if anything would come down the pipes from the media to verify if this was true of just a rumor.

In case it is true, I'll post the lady's first name and initial here just to see if it is true and does come out in the media at some point. The name was Jen L.

Now I told this lady who sent me this info that I wasn't going to report this was in fact true on my site or in my newsletter until we had some sort of confirmation from other sources. And the lady told me she would keep me posted if this engaged event was in fact even true.

So is Kenny Chesney engaged? At some point we'll find out. But until more proof comes forward, I'd be leary of rumors on this issue.
